Kashiwa Science Camp

The Kashiwa Campus Science Camp (KSC) is designed for first- and second-year undergraduate students at the University of Tokyo to experience the "field of knowledge adventure" at the Kashiwa Campus' Advanced Research Division and t to gain basic training for future researchers.

The Winter Program is a four-day intensive program in which small groups of about four students get experience in ongoing cutting-edge research in laboratories at Kashiwa Campus, with a presentation of their findings on the final day.

With a wide range of research themes and world-class faculty members, students can experience a new world that they cannot see in their regular classes. Through interaction with supporting graduate students, young researchers, and overseas researchers, the program provides an excellent opportunity to think about the future "life of a researcher."
