Tuition Fee Exemptions
If it is financially difficult for you to pay tuition fees, you can apply for exemption from paying tuition fees. Applications are accepted twice a year as follows:
- Spring/Summer Semester: mid Feb～early Apr → Results announced end of July → Payments to be made in late August (for those who did not receive the exemption).
- Fall/Winter Semester: early Aug～early Oct → Results announced early Jan → Payments to be made in late January (for those who did not receive the exemption).
（You may apply for Fall/Winter exemptions in the Spring, but you cannot apply for Spring/Summer exemptions in the Fall）
Research students are not eligible to apply for tuition exemptions.
Applications are accepted via postal mail (Simple Registered Mail) only.
