Scholarship for GSFS International Students

Application Deadline

March 18 (Fri), 2022 by 10:00(AM)

Eligibility

(1)	International students who are enrolled in a master course of GSFS in April 2022 as first-year regular student.
(2)	Those who will major in:
a)	Communication technology, Information processing technology, or a theses related subject
b)	Social sciences or human sciences using Communication or Information Processing technology in your research, which admit the university. (The use of those technology should be described clearly in the application form of the foundation.)
(3)	Those who are from India, Indonesia, Korea ,Cambodia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan, China (incl. Hong Kong, Macau) Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Bhutan, Brunei, Viet Nam, Malaysia, Myanmar, Maldives, Mongolia, or Laos and East Timor.
(4)	Those who have a clear purpose and plan of studying abroad.
(5)	Those who are able to communicate and give a research presentation in Japanese.
(6)	Those who need financial help and will not receive any other scholarships

Amount

Amount	: 120,000/month
Duration	: April 2022 - March 2024

Apply To

Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO via email. (ilo[at]edu.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp; replace [at] with @.)

(1)	Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations
(2)	Transcript of your current course (or your previous course if you have not obtained any credits.)
(3)	Copy of your student ID card /Certificate of Admission

Before submitting your application, be sure to read Steps to apply since scholarships with the University recommendation can not be declined.

An applicant who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit other documents stated in the guideline.
