Privately financed international students with Korean/North Korean citizenship, studying as a regular student at GSFS. Past scholars and Students with permanent residence status can apply through the individual application scheme. |

Those who hold excellent academic records and who need financial assistance. |

Those who are younger than 40 years old as of April 1, 2020. |

Those who do not receive JSPS research fellowship |
| (5) |
Japanese language skills are required. |
