The office of GSFS Student Affairs Team will be closed during the following period for summer holidays.

*** Thursday, August 11 - Monday, August 15, 2022 ***

The office will be open again from Tuesday, August 16.
(Office opening hours: 10 AM - 12 PM / 1 PM - 4 PM on weekdays)

The office will also be closed during the following period for entrance examinations.

*** 12:00 PM on Monday, August 22, 2022 - Tuesday, August 23, 2022 ***

The office will be open again from Wednesday, August 24.

• Automatic Certificate Issuing Machines on Kashiwa campus are available weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
   If you need any certificates including Student Travel Discount Certificates (Gakuwarisho), please obtain them well in advance.
