Please be informed that the Student Affairs Team office at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences will be temporarily closed on the following date due to the approach of Typhoon No. 6:

We will resume regular hours from Thursday, June 4.
(Regular office hours: Weekdays 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

Emails and online inquiry forms will be accepted at any time.
Telephone services will also be unavailable due to the office closure.
[Issuance and Pickup of Certificates]
Certificates scheduled to be issued or picked up tomorrow (June 3) will be handled from Thursday, June 4 onward. Please mind your application deadlines.
