| Details | The application and employment procedures for research assistant work were complicated. The Education Support Office built a system to automate them using Google Workspace. They successfully facilitated the processes, including students' applications, supervisor approval, selection result notifications, and achievement reports, effectively reducing the tasks of students, faculty, and administrative members. |
Message from the Awardee
We are truly honored to receive the award. We aimed to make our work more efficient and students' and faculty members' procedures simpler using Google Workspace. We use the automation system for various tasks at the Education Support Office. We will be glad if this system becomes more appreciated by the community of the GSFS and other schools at the university and helpful in their work.
