Hiroyuki Ohsaki, a professor of the Department of Advanced Energy, received the Thomas A. Edison Award from the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
This is given to experts who have been recognized for outstanding results and contributions in an Technical Committee (TC) and conformity assessment activities in the IEC.
Professor Ohsaki was awarded for his contribution as Chair of TC 77 (Electromagnetic Compatibility).
