Honors & Awards

The American Physical Society started the Outstanding Referee Program in 2008 to award outstanding referees of their journals, such as Physical Review Letters, Physical Review, and Review of Modern Physics. Referees enormously contributed to the APS among the 88,600 registered referees may be given awards. Professor SHIBAUCHI Takasada and 142 referees were recognized as outstanding referees in 2023.
