Future Plan

We are trying to generate in vivo and in vitro models mimicking the cancer microenvironment by using fluorescence imaging and time-lapse imaging. We will resolve the phenotypic and functional heterogeneity of cancer cells and cancer-associated fibroblasts within the tumor microenvironment by analyzing single-cell dynamics. Our research goal is to reveal the novel biological mechansims of cancer progression and drug sensitvity based on the microenvironment context.
