Dr. Masudur Rahman who received his Ph.D. in September 2021 at Geosphere Environmental Systems Laboratory (Tokunaga Lab), Department of Environment Systems, won the 1^st place of Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program Thesis of the Year Award 2022 in the category of Infrastructure by his dissertation "Origins and Dynamics of Groundwater Salinity in Southern Ganges-Brahmaputra-Mghna Delta of Bangladesh".
