GTL (Global Teamwork Lab) holds a series of symposiums to promote and strengthen the relationship between GSFS/UTokyo and MIT. The next symposium "Project Design for Complex Global Engineering" will be held on Oct. 23.

Designing, Engineering, and Production of competitive products requires global teams, common platforms yet flexible local standards and practices.  
How can we retain our core strengths, continue to build unique and defensible capabilities and yet at the same time compete globally?
New research and methods on the integration of system engineering, system architecture, and project management methods will be introduced and open for discussion during this symposium.
