Future Plan
Our group has opened a number of small fitness gyms (TOTUBO-Gym) in Kashiwa city to improve the health of aged people. At the gyms, we investigate the effects of The cognitive- motion-type machines on health and walking motion.
Messages to Students
For the benefit of aging society. We are taking advantage of the know-how of sports sciences and health care developed by the researchers of the University of Tokyo. High energy and strong will are necessary to apply the knowledge obtained by research to society after you write your research paper. Wider insight is important as well as a desk work.
