The Chiba Housing Advisory Service for Foreign Students is authorized by Chiba prefecture to refer a select number of real estate agents in and around Kashiwa and Nagareyama.

Authorized to use this system:

• A person who wants to live in Chiba Prefecture with college visa status
  (a student for university, college, master's course, technical college, etc.)
• A person who wants to live in Chiba Prefecture with pre-college visa status
  (student in a Japanese language school, high school, etc.)
