Postgraduate Research Student Program and Postgraduate Foreign Research Student Program are a non-degree seeking program for those who wish to research with a specific research theme under the supervisor at our school.
* Please note that application period for the postgraduate foreign research student program is different from the one for the postgraduate research student program.

【Notes】
(1) Application forms for Postgraduate Research Student Program and Postgraduate Foreign Research Student Program are available during the above periods for distribution. There are two ways to obtain the application forms.
i. Pick up in person at the Kashiwa Campus
The application forms are available at GSFS Student Affairs Section on the first floor of Transdisciplinary building.
Office Hours: 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00, Monday thru Friday except holidays.
ii. Request by post
Please send the GSFS Student Affairs Section, one return-mail envelope (Kaku-2 size: 240 x 332 for A4 size documents) with your name and address written on the front side and affixed with JPY 140 in stamps. Also, be sure to specify "Request of Application Forms for Foreign Research Student Program (or Research Student Program)" on the return-mail envelope in red. If you are outside of Japan, please contact the Student Affairs Section before sending the return envelope to confirm international postal charge.
(2) Please be sure to contact your prospective supervisor prior to application.
